How much does balayage cost?

Between $220 and $380, and the site will narrow it to a likely number with a ceiling once you say how long your hair is and what is already in it. A cut and finish is included.

Can I go lighter if I have used box dye?

Usually yes, but it is a colour correction rather than a highlight. Box dye deposits more pigment than salon colour and does not lift evenly, so it is planned across two or three visits and quoted only after a free consultation.

How long does a colour appointment take?

Most colour services run between two and five hours depending on length, density and how far the hair is being lifted. Every service on the site publishes its own duration range.

What is a hair level?

The scale colourists work in, from level 1 (black) to level 10 (lightest blonde). The distance between where your hair is now and where you want it is the honest reason a colour price moves.

Is the salon accessible?

Street level, no steps. The door is 32 inches wide. Free angle parking out front, two accessible stalls at the Kettle Street lot. Silent appointments are available with any stylist. Ask when you book and nobody will make conversation.

One is black, ten is the lightest blonde, and the distance between where your hair is now and where you want it is the honest reason a price moves. Not a package name.
