01/Booking
Pick a chair, take a time.
These are real openings, not a contact form that says we will get back to you. If a time is showing, it is free.

02/After you pick
What happens after you pick one.
01
You pick a time
No account, no app, no card on file. A name, a number, and the service.
02
She confirms it herself
The request goes to her phone and she says yes or offers you something close. Usually within the day, and never later than the next morning she is in.
03
You get the details in writing
The time, the stylist, and the price we quoted. Two days ahead you get one reminder with the same three things.
Deposits
Colour appointments over two hours hold a chair for most of a day, so we ask for a $50 e-transfer to book one. It comes off your total. Move it or cancel with 48 hours notice and it moves with you.
Running late
Fifteen minutes late is usually fine and we will tell you if it is not. Past that we may have to shorten the service so the next person is not paying for it.
Reminders
You get a reminder two days ahead with the time, the stylist, and the price we quoted.
03/The waitlist
When she is full, this is the fast way in.
Somebody moves an appointment most weeks. Those hours go to the list before they go back on the site, in the order people joined, and you get a text with the time and a yes-or-no. Nothing is held and nothing is charged until you say yes.
Say which stylist and roughly when suits you. If you can take a short-notice weekday, say so: those are the ones that come up, and they usually come up the night before.
- WhoAny stylist, or the one you already see.
- WhenMornings, afternoons, evenings, or short notice.
- WhatThe service, so we only offer you a slot long enough for it.
- How we reach youOne text. No newsletter, no list, no marketing.
Or say so when you request any time above and we will add you.
04/Whose calendar
The calendar belongs to your stylist.
This page is not a booking widget. There is no third-party script running, nothing on this site talks to another company, and nobody takes a percentage of a client who found Mica on their own. The calendar belongs to the stylist, and so does the client list.
If you would rather phone
250 555 0148Someone answers between clients, so it may ring out. The times above are faster, and they are the same times we would read to you off the book.
