Finding the door
Kettle Street runs one block back from the river, behind the hardware store. We are on the north side, between the bakery and the credit union, with a sandwich board out front on the days we are open.
Coming in from the highway, turn at the second set of lights and go two blocks. If you reach the bridge you have gone one street too far.

Where we post the work
Mostly finished hair, shot at the window on the day. If you want to see whether somebody here cuts hair like yours, this is the fastest way to find out.
Getting in the door.
Almost no salon publishes any of this, which means anyone with a mobility aid, a scent sensitivity, or a bad day for noise has to phone and ask a stranger. Here it is instead.

- Steps and the door
- Street level, no steps. The door is 32 inches wide.
- Parking
- Free angle parking out front, two accessible stalls at the Kettle Street lot.
- Scent
- We use low-scent colour lines, but the room does smell like a salon on colour days, which are Tuesday and Thursday.
- Noise
- One room, three chairs, music on low. It is not a quiet space.
- Silent appointments
- Silent appointments are available with any stylist. Ask when you book and nobody will make conversation.
- Washroom
- Single accessible washroom, grab bar, no step.
If something here would stop you coming in, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can work around it. We would rather lose the appointment than have you arrive and find out we could not.
